Mogens Hørder, Chairman of the Board
Mogens Hørder is a doctor, professor and advisor to the Rector and leadership of the University of Southern Denmark in Odense. He has many years of experience as a consultant and leader within the hospital system. For the past 20 years he has been Dean of the Health Sciences Faculty at the University of Southern Denmark. He has considerable experience with the implementation of strategies and cooperation across disciplines and specialties. He is the Chairman of the Science Council on Health under The Danish National Board of Health Unit for MTV (Medical Technology Evaluation) and a member of the Strategic Research Council.
Tove Bahn Vejlgaard
Tove Bahn Vejlgaard is a doctor, consultant, leader of The Palliative Team in Vejle, Denmark and has medical responsibility for Saint Maria Hospice in Vejle. She is a specialist in internal medicine and has a masters degree in palliative care from the UK. She helped to start the Danish Society for Palliative Medicine, where she has also served as chairman.
Johanne Bratbo
Johanne Bratbo is a psychologist and the leader of the Knowledge Centre for Social Psychiatry. She has previously been chairman of The Danish Psychologists Association and Vice Chairman of the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations, AC. She has also worked and led psychological advisory centres.
Gurli Martinussen
Gurli Martinussen is the Director of The Tryg Foundation, she has a masters degree in political science and has previously led several government ministries and councils. Based on their focus on conditions for the dying, The Tryg Foundation has funded and supported PAVI.
Tove Videbæk
Tove Videbæk is the Chirman of the Danish Hospice Forum and a member of the Regional Council and Health Committee in the Mid-Jutland Region of Denmark. She has had a long career in the private sector and in politics and has been a member of the Danish Parliament.
